Development of nanobiosensors for human immunodeficiency virus detection—a mini review

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a global disease caused by human virus (HIV). About 50 million people have died worldwide due to HIV-1 infection alone. HIV primary sexually transmitted but can also spread via breastfeeding, blood transfer, organ etc. Early detection with the maintenance of only way reduce and severity disease. There are many conventional techniques for virus. Still, recently nano-based diagnostic method remains little ahead these advancements in nanotechnology. Nanomaterial-based biosensors constitute significant part discussion because their high sensitivity accuracy. Nanobiosensors like electronic nano biosensors, quantum dot (QD)-based optical electrochemiluminescence nanosensors, field-effect transistor (FET) surface acoustic wave (SAW) graphene-based been widely used detecting samples. All offer promising results In this article, different types nanobiosensors application field diagnosis was reviewed.
